Does anyone know what the code beginning with Y would be on your medical notes (when you log in online) to show you are on the shielding list and also what the wording says? Just wondered if anyone knew so I could check as it’s really hard to get hold of the doctor. Thank you

I've had all the shielding letters (which to be fair I've ignored ) but I've never heard of a code before.

I feel by this point you'd Definitely know if you were on the shielding list

When you look at your patient notes online on your doctors site. Say when you go to order medicines. The same site.

I don't see any code.

But why don't you know if you are or you're not? You really would know by now !

Ah my medical condition has got steadily worse and worse hence why now I wonder if it's under that as on my notes it says high risk for covid 19? I also got a letter from the doctor that said they had added me to the shielding list but I've not heard anything from
Matt hancock. I got my doctors letter last week. I've tried to ask them but can't get through. Thank you

On my dh prescriptions that state your name on the label his says shielding in brackets .
