Support bubbles across tiers?

Hi there

I cant seem to find a hard and fast answer to this. Basically, if you are in tier 2 are you allowed to be in a support bubble with someone in tier 3? Or do they have to be in the same tier?

Many thanks

You can be part of a support bubble in another tier but everyone in the lower tier would have to act like they were in the higher tier.

Yes you can but the T3 person and the T2 person would need to adhere to T3 rules in both areas. A lot of places are trying to stop T3 people from visiting, Warwick Castle and a country pub near me for example

If you stuck to the T3 rules in your bubble, could you stay overnight?

If the bubble meant you became one household e.g. single person, then yes you could.
