Hi my 10 year old son was very badly vomiting on Sunday night today he’s been coughing all morning. Iv kept him off school as he has to stay off for 48 hours because he was sick. I have had to take unpaid leave from work. Do I need to gauge his coughing? He’s no other symptoms only a sore back but that could be because he was sick. Or just order a test right now. I haven’t had to deal with this before so unsure thanks

He has to take a test. Many Covid positive cases don't get a temperature. Do it ASAP so you can securely go back to work.

My three year old has Covid, tested positive at the weekend. He hasn't coughed once or had a temperature but has felt sick/stomach cramps and got a 'sore body'. I think a lot of kids are not getting the usual symptoms.
