Mask eczema

After 6 months of wearing face masks, the area around the back of my ears (where the mask loop rests) has began to develop eczema Sad it’s very sore and dry!

Any advice on how to treat this whilst still wearing masks occasionally? If I use a steroid cream, which one and for how long? I have eumovate at home but not sure if it’s too potent.

Get yourself one of these

To get the straps off of your ears. Theyre inexpensive too

Definitely get an ear saver. If you knit / sew, a small rectangle with a button on either end will do the job.

My cheeks have become really red and dry and my chin breaks out in spots. Aveeno has helped a lot, I found anything else stings quite a bit!
