Hi. If you don’t have the main symptoms required for testing but the Zoe app tells you to test, do you lie? And do you have to self isolate?

No you can tick that you have been asked to test. You will see it when you book. No need to lie.

No I don’t think you have to isolate. I think they are testing random symptoms for research purposes.

You don’t have to lie, the Zoe people have an agreement with the the government. It tells you what box to tick on the instructions from Zoe.
No you don’t have to isolate if you don’t have one of the three main symptoms.

When you get the Zoe email it tells you which option to click. You don't have to lie They have an agreement with the testing service to work in this way.

No, you don't have to self isolate unless you have one of the three main symptoms or you have been a close contact of a positive case.
