Just that really, how long were you off work once you tested positive for covid?

Still off after almost 6 weeks. Still not well.

Jellifer · 30/11/2020 19:51

I was off work for 4 weeks back in March/April.

Ethelfleda · 30/11/2020 19:52

Not me but someone I work with didn’t take any time off at all (we are all WFH so she was still isolating as per the guidelines)
She just said she felt a bit rough but not unwell enough not to work.

DamnShesaSexyChick · 30/11/2020 19:54

I’m allowed to go back on Saturday and really hoping I’ll feel well enough to.

Mumblechum0 · 30/11/2020 19:55

I work from home (own business), and didn’t do any work for 3 days, was then back on Zooms etc, trying not to cough too much.

Obviously was isolating for 2 weeks.

I've been off 2 weeks and am going back on Wednesday to an unheated school with all the windows open. Dreading it.

RaeburnPlace · 30/11/2020 20:51

Depends on how ill. I have a colleague, 6 weeks off ill and an 8 week phased return.

CornishTiger · 30/11/2020 20:54

5 work days. WFH for 2 days then went back which was far too early.

Porcupineinwaiting · 30/11/2020 21:45

3 weeks. And tbh I went back far too early, should have had another couple of weeks and then a phased return. It was only possible because I am part time and because we were working from home at that point so I could work from bed in between naps.

@Ethelfleda yes dh worked through it as well. He had a very mild case, me not so much.
