Will Xmas markets be allowed to sell mulled wine?

Our market has been cancelled. Can imagine stalls could still sell it though?

Is there something specific about mulled wine that makes it a vector of Covid-19 ?

I'd start with a preliminary question first - is there going to be a Christmas market?

In my City the Christmas Market was cancelled months ago, in terms of crowds gathering and not being able to social distance.

I think OP is asking as it falls under 'selling alcohol' which is not permitted in certain tiers unless served with a substantial meal. Don't think a bratwurst hot dog counts.

So I can drink unlimited mulled wine in a pub car park but if I want lager in the beer garden I'm only allowed one and I have to order it with a substantial meal?
