I've got to do an antibody test today Does anyone have any tips on how to get that much blood out of my thumb?

Have a hot bath or shower first.

When i had one they took blood from my arm with a needle and syrige

@greensnail I did think that, and maybe running up and down the stairs to get the blood moving. It just looks like such a big tube to fill.

@harridan50 I would prefer that. I've been sent a tube and something to prick my thumb with.

I'd speak your hands in warm/almost hot water. It does look a lot but doesn't need more than a diabetic/glucose finger prick test.

I've done it now. It took 3 pricks of my fingers to fill it to the 500 line but it's done.
