Test ID

I've booked a test for tomorrow feel like crap with high temperature. I can't find any Photo ID. I've found an old passport in my maiden name but can't find current one. I have no driving licence.
Will they refuse to test me?

Anecdotally, I've been tested twice; DP has been tested once. Three separate testing areas. Neither of us were asked for ID.

DD wasn't asked for ID. I think the fact that the QR code is on your phone is good enough.

Same as galeria - between us 7 tests at three locations. Never been asked for ID

I was asked for ID, but had the same situation as you. I took my marriage certificate and it was fine.

Just curious: what’s the pen for? I’ve never had to use one.

I’ve had 4 tests (Zoe app) and have never been asked for ID.

We had to write our names on the form with the barcode that has the track and trace info on the back

Between us in my family, we have availed of 3 tests. No ID was requested. Just the barcode that was emailed.

Interesting, thank you! Clearly not the same procedures everywhere.

They checked my text message at the gate.
No questions asked about ID and they only swabbed my throat too which I was happy about.
I was asked to take water, hand gel, Identification, mask and a pen. I only needed the mask.
