bubble question

So I can mix with 2 other households inside as part of my bubble, but we have to separate again after the 27th - even if we're not seeing anyone else?

Doesn't seem to make sense to me. Tier 2.

I think because a lot of people will be seeing others after the 27th - at work, at the shop, out and about.

Also if they said everyone could form a bubble with 3 other households indefinitely, then everyone would just mix with everyone and there wouldn't be any lockdown. While I would love this, it's not on the cards at the moment.

Because it’s not a good idea to have three households mixing indoors at all. It’s a concession to all the grown adults who apparently can’t bear the thought of not being surrounded by loads of other people for just one Christmas.

I get that sunflowers.

And we are going to self-isolate for 2 weeks so we can be in a bubble with my parents on xmas day, safely. Just seems a shame that I won't be able to see them after that.

Although I suppose we're more likely to see other people too, even if only outside.

You don't need to be so patronising. Grown adults are struggling not seeing anyone other than the one adult they live with. Depression is thing, especially in winter darkness and rotten weather.
