Visitors over Christmas

So, the tiers and christmas arrangements have been announced and I'm still none the wiser.

I live alone and haven't seen my adult children for months. My DD is in Ireland but booked her flights to come back to the UK on 26th December, returning to Ireland on January 2nd. My DS, a key worker, is on a night shift on Christmas Day and lives an hour away so we'd planned a family Christmas on Boxing Day rather than Christmas day with both coming staying over on the 26th, which I believe is OK. But surely I'm not expected to throw my DD out on the 27th?

Are you in a bubble with anyone , if not your daughter can just be your support bubble.

Yes you can bubble with your dd if your not in a support bubble with anyone else. Otherwise travel window ends 27th.

That will be fine, put your DD in your bubble, so you don’t have to throw her out early.
