We will be tier 3. My mum is in our bubble and lives 20 mins away but in a different county which is tier 2.
I think technically we can continue even though travel between tiers isn't recommended.
So I think it's a case of weighing up risk (she's fairly recently widowed and hugely struggled before we could bubble, our cases locally are dropping rapidly, we are being fairly strict but I have kids in primary school). Is that right?
