Marquees- outside?

Just wondered about this. If not 'allowed' to mix inside. As our area seem to be doing this thing with marquees such as outdoor pubs

Is this considered to be outside then?

Yes I think if the marquees have open sides?

I hope pubs will get creative and invest in lots of heaters.

I am sure I read (although can’t remember where and can’t find it now) that gazebos/marquees counted as outdoors but they must have 3 sides left open. But as I say I can’t actually find that info now! So take with a pinch of salt!
