Covid belly - is that a thing?

Tested positive around the 5th November. Was very mild but odd as symptoms would crop up for a couple of days and then go and then crop up somewhere else. Did have some mild stomach issues but nothing major as some have reported.
Felt better after a couple of weeks but stomach issues have remained - symptoms a bit like IBS. It's really getting me down and I just feel tired all the time. Anyone know if it's a thing? Is it likely to be related to Covid or unrelated and I should get it checked out?
Cheers.

That seems to be a common pattern, the cropping up and disappearing again. That was my experience, as was diarrhoea to start with for several days. No IBS though.

Thanks for your reply. I've not really had IBS before but my mum and my daughter both get it and the symptoms seem consistent.
Have to wait and see I suppose.
That's interesting that others experienced the shifting symptoms. It's such a weird disease.
