Booked a test but no email

Booked a test today for DS (14) as he was riding a temp of 38.3 yesterday evening and this morning (dizzy too).

We have a confirmation text but the email that should feature the car pass and QR code hasn't arrived as stated.

Now paranoid I made a mistake on the email and while we can go for a test using the text, what if this messes up receiving results?

Has everybody else experienced this or did you all get emails?

Did you get a text? I’ve always had both but usually the text comes first.

The only time I didn’t get an email was when the website was overwhelmed (September?) and the bookings didn’t go through.

I’ve always had the results by texts first, email later, too.

Thanks. Got the text but not the email. Was worried they might try to email results out and they don't reach us.

I went back on to the website to check how Google autofil would type my email (I always use autofil) and it is the correct address.

I called 119 but they weren't sure why, said may be just slow today. They couldn't check as they said they didn't have access to the same database.
