Isolation dates

Is the day of symptoms counted as the first day? For example symptoms started Wednesday so based on a 14 day isolation would that mean out the house on the Wednesday 2 weeks later? Or the Thursday?

This graphic suggests that day 1 is the first day of symptoms

Although it's 10 days for the person with symptoms and 14 for the rest of the household
