My daughter has been randomly picked to take part in a study which involves her taking a Covid swab test. She wants to do it as she wants to help get rid of the virus. Anyway once we get the test through I wondered if she would have to isolate until the result comes through just like you would do normally or because she's part of a study we cary on as normal until the result comes.

The study should tell you but I would say not unless she has symptoms. No one would volunteer otherwise!
I get tested every Tuesday and usually get the result sometime on a Thursday and don’t isolate each week

Thank you, we haven't had the test kit through yet but was just thinking ahead. I agree I would be thinking twice about it, if we all had to isolate for her to do it.

All our family has done it and you don't have to isolate
