Refuse to test /isolate

Know chances are just a cough but bern getting worse last 3/4 days

How can I convince family member need to test /isolate

Nephew has cough that's pretty severe keeping up at night and all day cough

Nursery suggested keeping him of till gone (not insisted test)
Nieces both going to school
Family member out and about as normal taking nephew with às he not in nursery.

Point out that coughs can last for weeks, mum would probably get him back to nursery quicker if she tests, esp if negative result. Even if positive he's had symptoms for a few days now by the sound of it so there's probably only be another week or so to go if had to officially isolate.
