And also, what do you mean by how are you feeling? Anyone involved in trials don't know if they had the actual vaccine or a placebo.

Patients who participate in trials don’t sign any form of non-disclosure.

There is a thread on here of people taking part in the Novovox trial, for example.

There is a set of principles that underpin clinical research. Anything the patient agrees to has to meet requirements in that, and an independent ethics committee checks everything before it gets given to a patient.

For example it includes this stipulation:
4.8.4 None of the oral and written information concerning the trial, including the written informed consent form, should contain any language that causes the subject or the subject's legally acceptable representative to waive or to appear to waive any legal rights, or that releases or appears to release the investigator, the institution, the sponsor, or their agents from liability for negligence.
