Home Tests

Does anyone know the turnaround time on home tests? I sent one off yesterday, when I've done drive through tests results have always been in in 24hrs but I've seen some places say home tests can take 72?? Symptoms are a racking cough, constant headache, aching all over, chills, severe fatigue, breathlessness and a sore chest. Slightly dry throat too and upset stomach. This has all come on since yesterday morning. My gran died of covid last week and I was with her until the end. I tested negative on Tuesday but concerned now that it was too early and thats why. Her funeral is on Tuesday and if I miss it then turn out to be negative I'll be heart broken. Does anyone have experience of how long results might take?

Sorry to hear about your gran.Flowers
Last week I posted a home test on Monday and the result came very early on Wednesday morning.
