My child has been told to isolate by school following covid+ case in his year group.

I was wondering, do test and trace also contact you to confirm?

No - if school have contacted you, you shouldn't get any additional contact from test and trace.

Test and trace have effectively subcontracted contact tracing to schools for in school cases.
