Furlough question

I see furlough has been extended until march , is it still the case you can't be furloughed this time of you weren't last time
Dh work some were furloughed for 12weeks ( full pay ) others had to work and longer hrs
If they have to be furloughed again would seem fair that the ones who weren't last time were furloughed this time but the scheme doesn't seem to allow this is what i have been told ?

From memory I think you can be furloughed this time if you weren't before.

I don’t think that’s right. The criteria has changed. Anyone can be furloughed as long as they were on the books so to speak on 30th October.

To be clear I was saying the OP not the past poster was incorrect.
