Seems so wrong

I saw a new doctor of Nephrology yesterday and as he was leaving the room he made the statement he shouldNot stay long he had seen six COVID pts at the hospital that day and he will probably test positive. I was so shocked I didn’t respond. Surely the pts he sees will be told if he test positive! I’m in the US btw.

It sounds like a bit of grim humor. Presumably he's seen covid pts before and is practicing sterile technique.
