Child Care

I have a few questions on it...

  1. My little one is 3, when doing drop off / pick up at other house or mine can I or other care giver come into the house or does my daughter need to walk out /in herself?
NB. She usually has a lot of bags etc so I think she'd struggle with this, and it seems a very cold way of doing it.

  2. Her Grandparents are providing the child care however its not just one set of Grandparents - she goes to two houses throughout the week. Is this allowed?

  3. She regularly stays overnight to save early morning rushing as Grandparents stay about 30 minutes away (but within our "local area") - is this allowed as its still child care that is needed?
NB. I'm pregnant and struggling with insomnia so these stays also help me with my mental and physical health.

I can't seem to find any information about these specific points. We are in Scotland, tier 3 area.

I should add for point 2) we work in a family business with one member from a set of Grandparents so already have contact with them 6 days a week.

Also, outside of seeing our parents / her grandparents we don't see anyone else and shop online. But I know this isn't how bubbles work. Just giving a clear view of our current situation.
