Self-isolating, NHS t&t, silly question

Unfortunately I've been contacted by NHS test and trace and ordered to self isolate until 8/11.
Obviously I'm fully complying.
My question is can I leave the house on the 8/11, or do I have to remain confined until the end of 8/11?
I know the difference is only 24 hours, but when you are stuck in the house with limited supplies and a four year old it matters.

That's the 1 million dollar question as it could be taken both ways

Was it by text or a phone call? Do you know who the positive tested contact is and what date you saw them?

I would take it that you can go out on the 8th. If someone says I’m not in work until the 8th, that’s the day you go to work.

The letter we had for my DD from school said until x date. When I queried it, x date was included in the time she had to stay at home.

Our school gave the date ds could return
