Yet again I was on a London bus earlier with three people not wearing their masks. One woman had hers around her chin whilst she had a long chat on her mobile phone. Her teenage daughter also had her mask around her chin, no doubt following her mum’s example. A third man sitting nearby was also wearing a mask around his chin. There was a very old lady sat near the three of them with no mask at all, presumably for valid health reasons. Yet these other three were perfectly happy to put her life at risk by not wearing their masks properly.
I thought going into second lockdown would prompt these people to do the right thing - but to be fair they’re probably too dim to understand the news.
Why are people so damn selfish?
