Toddler Groups Carrying On?

I have seen Facebook posts from a couple of (outdoor) toddler and preschool groups saying that as they are 'education' they will be carrying on? These are privately run groups with parents staying.
Is this allowed?!

Don’t know, but they are educational and nurseries are open,
So I don’t see why not to be honest.

Are they part of a forest school nursery school? If part of a nursery it might be different.
