Can someone explain why it is forecast to be worse this time? Ok you get people not obeying rules but last time technically every single person didn’t obey rules because there weren’t any so....?

Because it would have been much worse last time too if we didn't lock down for three months. Hence why we are locking down now to stop a peak/NHS being overwhelmed

Also forecast to be worse this time because winter there are more flu cases/hospital admissions
