How long does it take track and trace l?

A family member tested positive this morning but hasn't heard a thing from track and trace. Is this usual?

Yep! We've had a couple of experiences of waiting for track and trace to call, but they haven't.

A friend of friend was contacted and told to isolate for 4 hours....that was all that was left of the 14 days by the time they managed to contact them.

What a bloody shambles. How can those that's been in close contact claim for self isolating? One of them is self employed and has seen him the last 3 days!!
