So, I could meet up with someone else for a walk.

What about my primary aged child? He can't go alone. So, this means I can go but he can't go?

It's on the gov UK page. So all those pearl clutches about mums and babies going for walks with another mum and baby sure look stupid now

So would you rather schools were shut?

Because the other alternative is shutting schools which people have actively campaigned against

In all of the other threads people are stressing that schools must stay open and be an exception to the rules. Either we aknowledge that it doesnt make sense but we are prioritising schools or we say all of it closes.[/quote]
I won't personally be affected by school closure so I don't have any personal impact by it. But I do think it's pointless doing "lockdown" with them open. Either don't do lockdown or do it properly and close the schools.
However, it will only spike again as soon as they reopen I think
