Do we know what is happening with hairdressers and beauticians? Are they closing?

He did say non-essential retail is closing. Hairdressers are not essential, ergo they are closing.

What about mobile hairdressers?

@Tigerswife well you can't mix households so that kind of rules out mobile hairdressers because you can't have them in your house or garden
