As I understand it, someone who lives alone can team up with another household. But can they meet inside and stay over or is it outdoor only?

The support bubbles will work as before. So they can behave as though they are one household indoors.

Outdoors every household can meet one person from another household.

Support bubbles same as before, in and out no restrictions.

Only one person from a household/bubble can meet one person from another household outdoors. ie maximum 2 people

At least I can go for a walk with my mum this time round.
