AIBU to think a child who is in self isolation due to having been identified as the contact of a covid positive case should not be going trick and treating regardless of tier??

Obviously. I’m guessing you know this though.

We've had no trick or treaters here except one little group. Usually we have dozens.
I think the message went out on social media that no-one was doing it and I know a lot of the kids are feeling very disappointed.

Poor kids, they've had a rotten year so far, and now even Bonfire night is cancelled.
Dom and Boz probably guessed they'd end up as the effigies!
