Symptoms but negative test?

Had temperature at the start and body aches woke up this morning that's gone now I have chest pain tight chest and cough. Am I ok to go to work tomorrow? I don't know what to do

Covid or not, why are you going to work tomorrow if you are not well. Any infection (viral or bacterial) that causes fever and body ache needs plenty of rest to heal. It will only take longer if you keep working. Unless you can't take leave stay at home. If you are contagious (doesn't matter if it is any other viral infection) then others might catch it and will have to go through the process -get sick, isolate , test.

How long ago did you take the test?

I didn't have the cough and chest pains yesterday I just felt rough and the cough has started this morning @Literallyfedup I've just started working there so don't want people to think I'm just taking the mick.

Have emailed work see what they say and I've booked another test as I know some people have had false negatives.
