I have had a message flash up on my phone to say I have been in contact but I don’t have to isolate. The message flashes onto my phone then disappears. Are these messages stored anywhere in my phone or in the app please.

It is not a true message. If you go into the app and there's no message there then you can ignore it. There are several threads about this issue

I also received such a notification and managed to find the corresponding info in settings—privacy—exposure check on my phone. But haven’t received a second message yet about check complete. Really confusing.
