Following the rules tier 2

A friend has just told me she isn't following the rules and has family visiting. I find it very hard when my family are all following the rules and others are ignoring it. My parents aren't visiting as we are following the rules. Am I being too strict? This really puts a strain on friendships. Anyone else have ideas how to tackle it? She wants to go for a walk next week not sure I want to meet up when she has had tier 3 family staying. Confused

You do what you feel Comfortable Doing and friend can do the same.

I think it's live and let live time,.

As for whether you feel safe meeting up outside. Outside and socially distanced is very safe. Try not to hug. Additionally, how many cases do they have per 100,000 compared to you?
We have around 350, so that's still 1 in 285 people and I don't feel unsafe getting on with life.
