Another tier question!

We're in tier 3 and our child's football team (U13's) is due to play in a tier 1 area tomorrow.

AIBU to think this is against the rules??

Organised children's sport is fine under the rules.

I think, anyway?

The advise is to try not to travel between different tier regions, its not illegal though.
