Iirc it's a glitch in the app. Has been mentioned by others. Surprised it hasn't been fixed though.

Hugosmugo · 28/10/2020 15:25

Thank you. As soon as I click on it there is nothing in the app and then the notification has gone because I've clicked on it.

It’s a glitch don’t worry , if you need to isolate it will tell you within the app itself ( so I’m told)

Pertella · 28/10/2020 15:35

Mine has never even checked if I've been exposed Confused

HarrietOh · 28/10/2020 15:35

The app alerts you if your phone has pinged another phone that's logged a positive test, on iPhone there is now a second notification confirming exposure has been assessed and no action is needed. It will tell you in app if you need to self isolate.

I've had over 10 of these, I seem to get them at least every other day!

Pertella · 28/10/2020 16:04

I'm on android so settings and then google

ScrapThatThen · 28/10/2020 16:12

Weird - assume your Bluetooth is on Pertella? Mine has checked 188 times in 14 days.

Pertella · 28/10/2020 16:56

Yes, Bluetooth is always on on my phone for fitbit and connecting to my car

Aragog · 28/10/2020 17:05

On apple you can see your exposure check count by going to settings - exposure notifications. Then active and exposure checks

Mine seems to check at 6 times a day on average, sometimes multiple times at those times. Seems to be around 3am, 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm and 11pm give a take half an hour or so.
