Stomach symptoms anyone?

I’ve had awful stomach pain, dizziness and a headache since Monday . The headache just won’t go even with painkillers. I don’t have a temperature, cough , no loss of taste but maybe a very slight loss of smell ( I can still smell vinegar but not strongly!) Has anyone had these symptoms and tested positive?

Yes had nausea and upset stomach as well as dizziness. I got a test as completely lost taste and smell but the gastric symptoms and the dizziness have been really pronounced. Reading around this board it seems quite common!

So I got a test and it’s positive...stomach symptoms were the first symptoms followed by headache, then cough and now feeling very achy. No temperature though
