My elderly parent is effectively still shielding at home, with shopping delivered by my brother, who also does gardening, etc. Suddenly my sister suggested that she "go into a bubble" with my parent for the winter. Although my brother has never "gone into a bubble" with my parenthe always wears a mask when in the houseI would have thought that he was the prime candidate if anyone is to be in a bubble. But on the other hand, I suppose it is for my parent to decide which should be in a bubble, if at all. But at over 90 years old, for safety surely it's better if no one is? My sister says she will wear a mask when sitting at the dining table, but that doesn't reassure me at all.
