Stepson visiting brothers?

My step-son lives with myself and his dad after the leaving his mom because of neglect and abuse.

She still has his two siblings (not my husbands kids) and my stepson is really starting to struggle with not seeing them.

His social worker has said we should be able to take him over to nans house when she has the two siblings, so he can see them without seeing his mother (he refuses to have anything to do with her).

Problem is we're in a tier 3 area and nan is in a tier 2 area. Does that mean he will unable to visit his brothers?

I think only if you follow the rules of tier 3. Though not sure if that means no meeting at all.

They can meet outside in a public park etc

There are no laws regarding travel between tiers - advice only so go where you want legally

It's a support visit, so it's able to go ahead. Care needs visits can still go ahead, as they could during the initial lock down. People just wrongly thought that they couldn't.

General visits between adults are being discouraged. That doesn't apply to this meet up.
