I’ve been taking vitamin C and vitamin D for a while now, are they supposed to help your outcome if you get Covid?
Just wondering what people’s views/opinions are.

If you do a search on MN you'll find several vitamin D threads which definitely seems to help. The govt advised people to take this.

Vitamin d is meant to help and I think that needs to be taken regularly. I think vitamin c helps if you get it. Taking regular doses of vit c while you’re ill helps your immune system function.
I’ve heard some stuff about zinc too.
The other things that are meant to help if you get it is drinking hot drinks all day, breathing exercises and not lying in your back. There’s a couple of drs who have done YouTube’s about it.
