Rule help - Overnight travel within T3

Todaywewilldobetter · 23/10/2020 21:51

Please supply any insight or knowledge or opinion welcome. We live in T3. We have a family holiday home, 35 miles away in the SAME T3 zone.

Can we go and stay for a few nights? We wouldn't be leaving the tier at all. We wouldn't need to leave the house once we arrived until we drove home.

Help!

As long as it's just your household going it's fine.

Todaywewilldobetter · 23/10/2020 22:21

I thought that but then I questioned myself. Common sense tells me it's ok.

Yes that's fine. If it wasn't so cold I would go away in our tier 3 zone in our caravan

Just stick to your bubble and minimise contact with others. And enjoy the change of scene Smile

Yep totally allowed. No legislation covering travel restrictions for tier 3 at all- so there is no law against any travel. It is ADVISED not to leave the area but not illegal. You aren’t leaving the area so not even advised againstz
