This looks like a rehash of information released months ago. They often give a press release when the data is in and then the story gets recycled when the actual paper is published. They're not expecting interim results from the phase three trial until December.

It's recently published in vitro research from a team in Bristol, so a new paper and new information.

However at the bottom of the article it states -

"Please note this is a preprint, so it is a preliminary piece of research that has not yet been through peer review and has not been published in a scientific journal – so this is early data"
