Priority postbox

Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and can advise.

I have tried looking at the services near you and entering my details but no postboxes are showing, not sure what I do now, does anyone know? Thank you very much.

What area are you in?

I live in London and I tend to find that every post box I walk past is a priority box although not all show up on the list when entering my details.

You can ring 119 who can advise you what to do. Perhaps they can have a more detailed look or arrange a home collection.

I had the opposite - my local one showed up online but it doesn't have the sticker.

Will try 119 and see what they say. Was just a bit confused that's all.

Thanks @Char2015, I had a stroke of luck when a friend said they'd go and have a look and a local one does have the sticker. Saves me bothering 119 .

That's really weird @QueenStromba, I swear they like to do it just to make things even more confusing.
