How to cancel or change test appointment

Am I being daft? I can no longer make previously booked appointment but can't find anywhere to change it.

What do people do, just not turn up?

Don't want to waste the appt.

Thanks.

You do everything possible to to make the appointment. It should be a very extreme situation that made you miss it.

Fair enough.

If I can't change it then I will have to find a way. I just wondered if I was overlooking something.

I would also be making the appointment, unless I was literally too poorly to move. In which case you can call the helpline I guess.

I had this issue as well!

Couldn't find a number or an email address or anything.

I would just not turn up if you can't find a way to get in touch. It must happen quite a lot.

I got someone to drive me in the end as I was shivering too much to drive etc.

Oh bless you.

Yeah think I've found a way to get there now. Won't be easy but it's my fault.

Seems a bit silly that you can't just amend the time/location.

We went as planned. Really not fun testing a 5 month old but we all got through it. 🤞
