I'm so sorry :( Are they very poorly? No experience (yet), but I do fear one of my toddlers will get it soon enough, with siblings in school and cases rising where we are.

The good news is that it seems to have little effect on the younger kids. Do any of the rest of you gave a positive result or symptoms? Hopefully you'll stay well enough to care for your baby.

No it is only him that has had symptoms. He has has been warm to touch no temp though, hasnt been eating or drinking much has a bad cough but only at night but strangely has been sniffing at everything - which the dr said was a clue that he couldnt smell as normal.

He seems ok just now just keeps sleeping and when awake fussing.

I would like to get his older brother and sister checked but they have no symptoms.

I am just so worried as i havnt heard anyone with covid never mind someone this young.

If 18month olds we're getting it bad you'd be hearing all about it. The fact that you don't hear of little ones much at all tells you they are either asymptomatic or aren't terribly unwell so it's not a topic.

Hope he is right as rain in a few days.

My son is 3. Still coughing and a bit lethargic after 19 days. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

You all now have to isolate so doesnt make much difference if you get tour other children tested.
Contact schools and work places, and try chill as much as you can for 2 weeks

I wouldn't worry OP. Young children can get it, but it is very likely to be mild. For under 25s, flu is more dangerous. I'm sure it will pass in a few days, like a bad cold.
