Is the app still sending wrong messages

Just had 2 notification pop up from NHS app, when I click on them it just takes me to the app with nothing to there.

Are these still a glitch with the app?

If you’ve had a genuine message does it say something when you click on it?

You should get a follow up message according to this article. Only take notice if the app itself tells you to isolate
