Funeral in Wales

I live in a Tier 2 area, which from tonight are banned from travelling to Wales, unless essential. It lists Education/ work and helping vulnerable as essential. It is my MILS funeral next week, does anyone know if I will be able to go? I can't find any information on this anywhere.

If you are supporting your FIL, then travel is allowed. Your DH is allowed to go to his Mother's funeral.

It's still the same exceptions as it was during full lock down.

I was just reading the rules today and I’m sure it said something about funerals in the exceptions... I’ll see if I can find it.
