Lost test code...

Bear with me, I might be being a numpty!

I did a Covid postal home test through the Zoe app earlier this week (asked to test for research purposes). Got the (negative) results back yesterday afternoon, but when I try to upload my result to the NHS or Zoe apps it asks me for my 'test code' (example 7g8s3stn). I remember seeing a code like this on the test kit, and possibly using it to register the test online, but didn't make a note of it.

Does anyone know whether it's possible to retrieve/find the code somehow? It's not on any of the emails I had I don't think.

When DD and DH had theirs, the test code was in the text and email with the results and was not the same as the barcode thingy they were given at the test centre.

I just looked back and I received two texts and two emails. One had the result and the other had the code to put on the app.

Hmm, there are no codes in any of my texts/emails, only the 10-digit order code, and I also have a photo of the barcode on the parcel, but neither work! Ah well, at least I didn't get a positive result! Thank you...
